Payment Method
Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal payments are accepted on our website. The Chivi Chivi online store is hosted on Snipcart.
Please keep the receipt sent to you by email after placing an order as it constitutes your proof of purchase.
The data communicated at time of purchase is secured and will remain strictly confidential.
Shipping
All orders made through the Chivi Chivi website are prepared in and sent out from Montreal. Shipments are carried out by Canada Post.
All purchases should be received within 7 to 14 working days from time of order (except for pre-order items). If this time frame is exceeded, do not hesitate to contact us at info@chivichivi.com.
Shipping fees are not included in the price of products displayed, but will be calculated at checkout.
It is also possible to select the pick-up option from our offices, located at 304B-6560 Esplanade in Montreal. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday from 10AM to 4PM. Please inform us of the day and time of your visit by emailing us at info@chivichivi.com. Make sure to bring your order number and proof of purchase with you.
Cancellations and Refunds
Order cancellations can solely be applied to physical products and only if made within 24h of placing the order. A refund may be carried out thereafter.

Exchange
Chivi Chivi does not exchange music products (CDs, vinyls, cassettes) unless the product in question is damaged or defective at reception (proof required).
For merchandising products that involve sizes and/or colours (clothing, hats, goodies), exchanges may be possible, stocks permitting.
Shipping costs (for returns and re-shipment) of exchanged products will be at the customer’s expense.
To submit an exchange request, please email us at info@chivichivi.com including the details of your request along with your order number.
When a request is validated, products can then be returned to our offices.
Product Availability
All our products are available until the stock limit displayed on our website is reached.
Some products may be subjected to online pre-order operations. In such a case, a pre-order period will be specified and the products will start shipping afterwards, averaging the production period mentioned on the product’s info sheet.
If you wish to buy readily available products along with other pre-orders, please separate them into two checkout baskets if you wish to receive the available orders as fast as possible.
In case some of our music products sell out on our website, we invite you to turn to your city’s record stores to get a hold of the desired items. Do not hesitate to ask us for the list of available points of sale at info@chivichivi.com.
In case of a product’s erroneous display of availability on our website because of an inventory error, we will commit to issue the refund as fast as possible.
